How long is the warranty period?
Any warranty is provided under our own quotation and order confirmation. Coverage and duration must be confirmed for each order; no Siemens manufacturer warranty or support is promised by this website.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept 100% payment by wire transfer before shipment. For products with a delivery lead time, a 30% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 70% must be paid before shipment. If you have an agent in China, please contact us to arrange a transfer in RMB.

We offer air, land and sea freight based on the destination and our customers' delivery requirements.
What is our delivery time?
Normally, goods can be shipped within 1–3 days of receiving advance payment. Products with a stated delivery lead time will be shipped according to the specified lead time.
How do we pack the goods?
Our packaging process includes multiple layers of protection. First, products are placed in their original packaging boxes and sealed with labels. Then, we add a layer of bubble wrap to prevent impacts during transportation. Finally, all products are securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to provide further protection.
